Perhaps it is time to silence your inner critic and move on to something more rewarding and sustainable?
Next time you hear yourself think or say something negative about yourself, pause and ask yourself:
- the WHAT: do you need to gain more experience in a certain field?
If so, do it!
- the WHO: whose voice is this? And what do you need to stop c.q. start doing in order to move forward?â€‹
Then take a deep breath and consciously let go of the “woulda, shoulda, coulda”. Choose an attitude that is more conducive to your goal. And then proceed with what you were doing while embodying the attitude you chose.
