All our thoughts and actions start with thoughts, both conscious or unconscious. If we want to make changes in our lives we need to start decidedly there. In our mind.

We need to learn to look at challenges without judging them, without the negative narratives that get us all riled up.
Mindfulness is being present in the moment.
Aware of inner processes.
Aware of external activities.
Without judging.
Just clear awareness…
