As coaches we believe in the unlimited potential of our clients. The ability we all have to work with our emotions, our behaviors, our circumstances. The challenge sometimes is to get the client to see this as well, believing this as well, as sometimes they have been in a certain pattern for quite a while.
So how do you start this process of moving forward?
First of all: do something. Don’t procrastinate, just take the next small step towards what you want to achieve. Next, don’t hold back. Give it your best. Find ways to learn and do new things. Push yourself out of your comfort zone. Yes, it is scary, but that same scary energy also brings joy. As you are conquering something, mostly your own fears! Believe in yourself and don’t give up. And… make sure you hang out with colleagues, friends who can help you achieve what you want to achieve.
