What are you waiting for?
Are you a talented professional, feeling worn out, compelled to work even harder, to prove that you are pulling your weight? And yet feeling unfulfilled? Downplaying your accomplishments because deep down inside it still feels imperfect? Despite all the kudos, it still feels “not good enough”? And if only you would have more time, more energy, less distractions, it would be?
